Silence Will Fall

Okay usually I don’t make such posts, but this particular line about Ron is one of my absolute favorites. It’s in DH, during Bill and Fleur’s wedding, when Hermione’s calling out for Ron, and then Ron is there. I think, this line could be used in different contexts. 

If you look at it, whenever Harry or Hermione have needed Ron, he’s always been there. He gets separated for them for a few minutes, in this case, the wedding, or perhaps months, during their camping. But there’s one very very important part. 

He always comes back. He is always there. No matter what, Ron is always there; for family, for his friends, for the girl he loves. I feel that Jo, with that one line literally defined Ron’s character. That he is loyal and brave. That no matter what, if he’s promised it, he will be there. He will never leave you. Ron may have returned late, but he did return to Hermione and Harry in the end. He was there for both of them. He played an important part.

If you trace right since the beginning, Ron has always been there. And this one line, when I read it, I just realize all that Ron has done for everyone, and it just really, really touches me. 

I’m sorry, I guess the line was just an ordinary line, but I had Ron feels and idk this one line reminded me of all the times Ron’s been there for everyone, and it still upsets me how everyone cannot see his brilliance, his loyalty, and the true friend he’s always been. I, I just have a lot of feelings ugh.
